      I could not stand this for more than half an hour. The author simply recites allegedly common views and recommendations without providing any sources. A hoax and a waste of my time.

      This book is a joke. It starts off discussing about doing a Seance. Weather conditions ECT. there is so much inaccuracy and wrong teaching filled with false information. I couldn't get past that part. It sounds like a book little gothic kids would read.

      I read this book breathlessly, it is extraordinary and offers very useful and accurate information about how we control our mind and its powers, I did not think I would find so much useful information in one book, it is exceptional, one of the best books in the field.
