      Got more than 1/2 way through the book and realized I was just trying to get through it. It's ok, but not great. Too much focus on side issues. I believe this was one of Ilsa's first books. I liked the 2 other books I've read that were more recent. This series bombed for me. I thoroughly enjoyed Dear Ava though.
