- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5It reads too much like an academic paper rather than a useful tool to teach the general public about how dogs work. I am a new dog owner. I sincerely want to learn more about how dogs work but it just took too long to get to the point. I am sure that if I was already a biologist I would find it fascinating but I’m only a regular medical professional and I could not get into this book.
