As engineer by profession, I have created blog site techtrendo.com, but I always dilemma how should I split my monthly working income to maintain the blog by hiring content writer to produce high quality content and make this as a monthly routine. As I know, I should leverage on others expertise to make the blogging website as a business.
Now after listened to the whole audio book, I have a better view on how to plan my entrepreneur path. The key take away message from the audiobook is how to reduce risk and manage the risk. Financial risk may hurt entrepreneur financial. By doing this, we will have enough trial period to understand the market needs and create solution to the right prospect and growth business into a sustainable business.
