- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5While I love the concept of a summarized book, this book did not deliver for me. The information was general and pretty much common sense. I am so glad that this audio was available because I could not imagine being happy spending hours reading the entire book and walking away with nothing. Thank you for providing the gist for us here. The subject matter might help others much more than it did me but I have been an avid reader of self improvement genre my entire adult life.

Excellent.zumnaru of a classic self help boik1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5the information was general and common sense. Maybe 10 minutes of it was worth listening to and it just kept repeating the same thing over and over again.
It pretty much talked about how:
1. you should visualize yourself going to a relaxing place in your mind whenever you're stressed and that you should always go to this safe place in your mind when you're stressed.
2. Practice a habit for at least 21 days but it would take up to 300 days to successfully form a habit.
3. Whenever you're stressed write down the solution in a piece of paper so you can relax.
4. Almost everyone has bad self-image and that a bad self-image is formed by the past.
It just kept saying "relax" "visualize yourself doing everything you've ever wanted to do" "visualize yourself going to that safe place"
Lots of visualizing!
The reason why it did not hit the spot for me is because when I listen to an audio book about self-love, self-healing, law of attraction, the human mind and stuff I go "omg THATS SO TRUE!! WOW!!" and I immediately write it down because its really helpful but I did not even write a sentence from this audio book anywhere because as I said... --- it was just common sense---- - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing!! Thank you very much for this audio!! Peace and love
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5wouldn't think it could be that easy. Great summarization of a wonderful book.
