- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Ever wanted to trail after a serial killer?
Awesome 1st book! - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I wanted to like this but if you are thinking this is about Jack the Ripper you will be as dissatisfied as I was. You could put all the parts to do with the Ripper into two small chapters. The rest is a romance so predictable it reads like an old Harlequin novel and page after page about clothes. It’s a like continuous fashion show and I was bored to tears. The action scenes barely even register.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The story and characters were good, but Narrator was dull and lacked emotion....
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I absolutely LOVE this book. All of my favorite things were combined in it: serial killers, romance, and supernaturals.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Absolutely a fantastic book! Well written; great descriptions with no-nonsense character development. The love story was a bit mushy but in a good way. I’m tired of all the craziness with these modern love stories so this was a really fun read for me. I listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed myself. The narrator has a pleasant voice and wonderful emphasis when needed. I thought her emotions were spot on. I look forward to the others.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5It was a sloppy love story I bought this as I’m interested in Jack the Ripper what a rip off
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Good, but it was a bit too perfect. The characters were too handsome and some events felt a bit jigsawed to fit. Though as a fantasy of a simple world I enjoyed it.
