- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I have a flock of (rescued, unreleasable) parakeets who have trouble settling down for the night. It was taking an hour to get them to wind down and quiet down because they wanted to stay up and play; however, when I play this meditation, they quickly quiet down and their heads are happily tucked under their wings within 7 minutes. Now it's part of their daily routine! And with the birds quieting down earlier, the people get to enjoy more sleep too.
