About this audiobook

Love isn't always pretty - especially not when you fall for a Beast. I ran like hell from the tragedy in my past. I didn’t slow down, and I didn’t look back. But I couldn’t outrun the memories...or escape the nightmares. I came to North Carolina to be alone.

Hayden Graham attracts problems like a magnet. She's a complication I don't need. This time, the mess she's in has put her life in danger. What she needs is a hero to rescue her. But I'm no knight in shining armor. I'm a wounded animal – a Beast. She tastes like Heaven. She only adds to my Hell. She makes me want things that I can’t have, things I'll never deserve.

Love isn't always pretty. Sometimes it's hard. Sometimes it's rough. And sometimes... it's f****ng dirty.

The FMC is pregnant. They don't mention it in the summary, but it's introduced very early, so it's not a spoiler. No shade, but it's not my cup of tea to think of a child while they make dumb decisions. Dnf

The emotions in this book is just sooooo up and down! I love the way the author doesn’t leave out one thought of both of the main characters!

My heart breaks for Michael. As soon as you think he is forgetting his past and things between him and Hayden is florishing, everything burns up in flames.

    The ending is torture noooooooo!!!!

Looking forward in listening to Beauty! The last book of this series. I’m not happy about that at all! *sigh

Sorry, I really did try really hard to stick it out because the plot was interesting but the heroine was just written as such a total idiot I couldn’t listen anymore.

I really like this book and now moving on to the next book. There are ups and downs in the book and even parts that made me laugh. The narrators were good as well.

Quite enjoyable, but sadly the female narrator ruins most of the books she voices for me. Her voice has 0 sex appeal and she just tries too hard to sound sexy which makes things even more cringe. Her voice is so deadpan it ruins every story I have listened to. I wish Joe voiced both voices as he's so much better than she. It's my love for Joe's voice that I endure her. I would have preferred them to wait to have sex until after she gave birth, I just find it slightly gross, especially as Michael's not even the father. I know that's my own personal hang up and doesn't take away from the story.
