This was my favorite of the 3 books so far. I really liked Natches a lot. He had his problems, but he didn't let them consume him. I also liked the way he pursued Chaya. I thought they made a wonderful couple.

One thing I found annoying was the overuse of the word "soul". Every time I read it, I just rolled my eyes. However, I am looking forward to Nauti Intentions.

We finally get Natches story of the three I think his background is the hardest to read. His Dad was a real bastard and deserved more punishment than he received. I was glad that Natches found someone to love him. I knew that he would be one of those that loved with his whole being. The DHS is trying to close the case that started with Johnny Grace. This case is tied to an older case and with men that live in Somerset. Natches and his cousins and uncle are going to have to pull all their knowledge and contacts in order to weed out the bad element in their little town. Chaya Cornwall is set in to ask questions and get Natches interested in what is really going on. When Natches sees Chaya again he knows that he won’t let her leave again. He has waited a long time for her and he is now going to make her his own. Natches has survived a very abusive and miserable childhood thanks to his Uncle Ray, Rowdy and Dawg. He has carried the anger that his abuse bred around with him for all these years. In Chaya he finally finds something to temper that anger. She brings a light to the darkness in his soul. Natches is protective, loyal and honorable to a fault at times. There is little that he wouldn’t do to keep his family and few friends safe and happy. I think of all the Nauti Boys he is the one that is my favorite. He has become such a good person even with all that he has been through.Chaya is an agent and a passionate woman. She has survived the betrayal of her late husband and the death of her daughter. She has fought to make her life have meaning and to be the best agent that she can be. She is courageous, smart and loving. She has tried to stay away from Natches because she knows that he is more than she thinks that she can handle. I liked Chaya very much. She isn't the smart mouthed, overbearing woman that are in so many of these stories. She knows when to follow orders and when to step in and make things happen. This isn't an easy book to read. It isn't just the abuse that we learn about but the incestuous relationship between Dayle Mckay and Nadine Grace. It is also hard to read because the torture Chaya goes through before Natches can rescue her. It is the loss of a child and the betrayal of a spouse. There are good parts though each time Natches and Chaya bump heads. There are some very tender love scenes in this story and there are some really passionate ones as well. I enjoyed the story and will re-read it again and again I am sure.

Not my favorite in the series but still a good read. It was rather angsty at times but not so much I could not get past it and enjoy the story. Loved the end!

I love Lora Leigh and her Nauti boys. She takes these playboy wild guys and matches them up with women who don't try to smother them into submission but who recognize the wildness and embrace it. Natches always was the one I felt would have the hardest time finally accepting that someone could be there for him. A woman who would understand his dark side enough to not try to fix him, but give him what he needs to heal. I will definitely continue to read the Nauti series. I love her passionate scenes they make me want to hand the book to my husband and say…”here is something I wouldn’t mind trying”.

At last I managed to finish this book. I found this book hard going and I am not quite sure why.It had a lot of the usual stuff in it as the earlier books and the sex was as good as ever but for some reason I could not really get into it. This is the story of the youngest Mackay cousin, Natches and the love of his life DHS agent Chaya Dane. They had first met 5 years ago in Iraq when Natches saved Chaya's life and they met again last year in Natches home town of Somerset, Kentucky when Chaya had come to find who was selling missiles to the enemy and this year Chaya and her team have come back to complete the job and find the people behind the theft and get the money.I am not sure if I will try the 4th book but I might at some later stage.

Best story of the first three. This is a good book. While it still has Lora's signature sex scenes, it is not all about sex. There is a good story line too. Natches & Chaya have good chemistry and a good shared background. I would recommend this book.
