      I've been teaching the Gospel of John for over 15 years. I've used several commentaries as a class text--FF. Bruce, Collin Kruse, Koestenberger. I think I like this one best for my Bible college students. I was looking for a commentary that successfully straddled the differences between scholarly and devotional study, that was worthy of higher education, and still accessible. I've used his book now twice for class, and it meets my needs.
