      This nook is amazing. I started with The Black Witch and now i amfilling in the dots.

      Okay but can be skipped. Novella gives some background but is quite similar to the main story line in terms of plot

      After reading The Black Witch it was great to get some historical background, and handy for me as I had totally stuffed up the generations and was so wrong to begin with.

      So I read The Black Witch , I thought it was entertaining; that was until I read Wand Fasted. Then, after the prequel, the book had more depth and meaning than just a magical tale of different races, coming together at university.
      I am mowed over by the back stories and the origin of the Black Witch
