About this audiobook

Famously beautiful model Willow Bradford is taking a temporary break from her hectic schedule to work as the innkeeper at her family's small-town bed-and-breakfast. She was enjoying the peace of her hometown, Merryweather, Washington, right up until she came face-to-face with Corbin Stewart, the man she loves to hate. A thoughtful rule-follower by nature, Willow threw caution to the wind four years ago when she entrusted her heart to Corbin--and suffered the consequences when it all fell apart. Former NFL quarterback Corbin is forceful, charming, and accustomed to getting what he wants . . . except where Willow Bradford is concerned. Unable to forget her, he's never stopped regretting what happened between them. When their paths unexpectedly cross again, he's determined to make her give him a second chance. When a decades-old missing persons case finds Corbin and Willow working together, they're forced to confront their past and who they've become--and whether they can risk falling for one another all over again.

So so loved this book. Thank you Becky Wade. The story touched me deep. I was emotionally involved in the story, in Corbin, in Willow and their families. This will be added to my list of very favorite books. Well done!

If you want great contemporary romance fiction, Becky Wade is your author. The second installment in her Bradford Sisters series, Falling for You, is another must-read for fans. With complex characterization, a mystery to solve, and a faith message right on point, this novel checked all the boxes for me. It gets a highly recommended rating. The two main characters in Falling for You seem to have everything — beauty, wealth, fame — but charmed lives are not always so charming when you dig beneath the surface. Willow struggles with being good enough and the fear of abandonment, even as she knows her parents, sisters, and God love her without condition. Corbin seems to have it all, even following a career-ending injury. But an insecure childhood impacts his adult life. These two beautiful people are really broken (just like all of us) and are in need of a God who specializes in healing and restoration. I liked that Wade showed the reality behind Willow and Corbin’s lives. With the all the glitz and glamor surrounding them, it’s easy to forget that celebrities have struggles and losses just like the rest of us. The two’s romance surely was rocky, mostly due to their own poor choices. But even when Willow is unapproachable and Corbin is being a jerk, I couldn’t help cheering them on. They are just so likable. Wade brings the two back together after years apart with the mystery of a missing person. Corbin’s young cousin, the adorable Charlotte, gets the two cooperating in the investigation and adds her own sparkle to the story. The mystery is a secondary plot line, but I found it extremely intriguing. I loved how Corbin and Willow doggedly searched for the truth and brought about closure for a hurting family. Wade always weaves a realistic faith message throughout her books, and Falling for You is no exception. She deftly handles the subjects of sexual impurity and its consequences on relationships, as well as the task of Christians unlearning old habits and accepting God’s forgiveness as a free gift. There’s also the reminder that God is the one who makes miracles — we just need to be faithful to do our part.Falling for You can certainly be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading book 1, True to You first. There’s also a novella that goes back to the beginning of the Bradford family story. So you’ve got three books to read — it may help you withstand the waiting until the next book is released in Springn 2019. As for me, I will be impatiently waiting to dive back into the lives of the Bradford sisters.Highly recommended.Audience: adults.(Thanks to NetGalley and Bethany House for a complimentary copy. Model Willow Bradford has traveled internationally, gained wealth, purchased a home in LA, and dated famous men. But for now, she's taking a reprieve from public life and managing her family's bed and breakfast inn. Corbin Stewart, Willow's ex-boyfriend and a former NFL star, abruptly disturbs her peaceful respite when he arrives with his preteen niece and her unusual request for help. Determined to maintain distance from Corbin and cognizant that she has none of the skills needed to help, Willow graciously refuses. Yet, shortly after her initial refusal, she finds herself agreeing to help! Can Willow and Corbin maintain distance while they work together? Will they finally lay the past to rest and find peace? Read more in Falling for You by Becky Wade.Falling for You is the second full-length novel in Becky Wade's Bradford Sisters Romance Series. It works fine as a stand-alone if you have not read the prequel, Then Came You, and the first novel, True to You.Falling for You opens with a decades-old mystery and heavy tension between Willow and Corbin. This captivated my attention immediately and I stayed interested throughout the story. The tension, witty banter, and underlying passion was spot on for Willow and Corbin. I enjoyed watching the characters develop and mature, paralleling the development in their complicated relationship. Between the mystery and the romance, the plot moved steadily, never dragging, constantly drawing me back even though I had to read it over several days. Falling for You felt like a fairly light read, but it had some tense, difficult, and heavy moments. Becky Wade also added in a strong Gospel message as well as promotion of core Christian principles (which I won't name because I don't want to get to close to giving spoilers).I recommend Falling for You by Becky Wade to all fans of Christian romance. If you like other Becky Wade books, you will probably like this one as well. I'm already excited for the next book!Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this ebook free from the publisher via netgalley. I was not required to write a positive review. I received this book for free from the Bethany House Blogger Review Program in exchange for an honest review.Full disclaimer, I did not read the first book in this series, which is about Willow’s sister, Nora, but that did not affect my comprehension of the book whatsoever. You could read this book as a standalone if you wanted to and still be able to fully enjoy it. I actually kind of want to read the first book now because Nora is in this book. It turns out she’s a nerdy librarian and so that fact alone just makes me want to read her book.Overall, this was a really sweet romance novel! I loved Willow and Corbin’s love story. I loved how they were a couple in the past, but lost their way, and then found each other again. Their romance was incredibly well developed. Nothing felt rushed. Plus, I thought they made a very cute couple. I also really enjoyed the Josephine mystery. It added that something special to the book. There was a nice balance of the love story and the mystery story. The mystery didn’t overpower the book. Instead it complemented the existing romantic storyline. This is Christian fiction so there are Christian aspects in the book. There was talk of religion, like God and the Bible, but it was done in the right amount and wasn’t too preachy. I’m not super religious so sometimes I find it to be a bit too much for me. With this book, I thought it was very well done, especially towards the end. I liked how inspirational it got. All in all, this was a cute Christian romance novel with a little bit of mystery thrown in.

Falling for You is the newest novel in the Bradford Sisters series. I absolutely loved this addition.!! This novel focuses on Willow Bradford, a model, who comes home to run the family inn while her parents are away. During her time at home, a missing persons case reconnects her with her ex-boyfriend and former NFL player, Corbin. Readers get to walk alongside both of the main characters as they get to know each other again as they have to push aside past heartbreaks and failures. They have to learn to forgive each other and most importantly themselves. Yay for second chances!! As a lover of mystery and suspense, I really enjoyed the missing persons aspect of the book. Charlotte, Corbin's niece, has discovered a family secret and enlists Willow and Corbin's help to solve the mystery of the disappearance of a family member many years ago. I have been a devoted reader of Becky Wade's books for years and loved My Stubborn Heart and the Porter Family series, but she continues to outdo herself with this series. Fans of the series will be happy to get updates on Nora from book one as well as get to know Britt a little better before her story releases next.I was given a copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review.

I liked seeing how the main characters got past their differences to work together and how by being forced to work together, they had to come to some type of agreement. I would like to slow down sometimes and work like Willow was. It is still work, but it gave her a chance to slow down and regroup. I found it interesting how Corbin found himself with a second chance and how he handled it. I received a copy of the book from the publisher, the review is my own
