About this audiobook

This baby's not the only one in need of a cuddle . . .

Brant Wylder is a bachelor and loving it! He's in Misty Bottoms, Georgia, property-hunting for his vintage car repair shop when he gets the call. His sister's been in an accident, and Brant has to drop everything and take care of his five-month-old nephew. That's the end of the bachelor lifestyle.

Bridal boutique owner Molly Stiles is all business all the time, until she sees that Brant's in trouble. In this Southern town, nobody ever has to go it alone. And besides, how can she resist that beautiful baby in the arms of a beautiful man?

Author

Lynnette Austin

Lynnette Austin loves long rides with the top down and the music cranked up, standing by the Gulf of Mexico when a storm is brewing, and sitting in her local coffee shop reading, writing and enjoying a cappuccino. She grew up in Pennsylvania, accepted her first teaching job in New York, then moved to Wyoming. Now, she splits her time between the beaches of Florida and the Blue Ridge Mountains of northern Georgia. She's been a finalist in Romance Writers of America's Golden Heart Contest, PASIC's Book of Your Heart Contest, and Georgia Romance Writers' Maggie Contest. Having grown up in a small town, that's where her heart takes her—to those quirky small towns where everybody knows everybody...and all their business, for better or worse. Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author..(netgalley) I love stories of small towns and when a group of friends like the ones mentioned here were able to thrive. I found myself thinking repeatedly that I must have missed some previous books, why you may ask? Because we are constantly talking about how this group of friends started their business and how they found love, and so on and so on..But, nope this is actually the first in this series, but I regrettably am getting off of this train. While I liked Brant and commended him on how he dropped everything to assist his sister, how he took care of baby Jax, that is what I liked about the book. I did not like the heroine, her list was ridiculous and her resisting due to daddy issue ridiculous..

I had never read a book from Lynnette Austin until this one. A neighbor gave me the book and I loved it. The characters were normal people that had issues due to circumstances in their life that had affected them for a long time. The romance between Moll and Brandt did not happen immediately so it was refreshing to have it develop in time instead of the stories out there now when it is an immediate connection then straight to porn. The baby Jax was delightful. I will be heading to Amazon right now to see what other books I can find in this series and for the friends mentioned in this story that have fiound their happily ever after.
