- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amy is motivating, inspiring and exciting. She also has a podcast I love, so her book was a must! Despite being in the USA and Amy being in Australia, she continues to keep me doing at least 15 minutes a day, and that's no easy task! I was a little bit put off with the amount of information in the book devoted around and for kids, especially younger kids, however as I am growing older I used my imagination and started thinking about my friends and me as elderly and how some of the tips towards kids could be used for us when we join the “Sunshine Sunset Meadows Society for the Elderly”.
