      So far listening to it. Devastating.

      But, I d wondering what year or decade or era this occurred. The first thing for a true story is to state the time events occurred. The mentioned event has context for place, but not time. It's a helpful thing to have the era as further context, especially since it's a story based on true facts.

      It was so hard to listen to but she was so brave to tell it. The last few minutes shook me the most. What happened next?

      The story was interesting and the ending was good. I just wish the scenes described weren't so in detail. It was hard to listen to these poor girls trauma and I felt myself going to turn off the book multiple times, I had to remind myself that this happens everywhere around the world and that these girls deserve us to listen so that I could finish it.
