      Great writing although the reading leaves much to be desired.

      So in all actuality, I'm prepared to throttle Spencer. The fact that he has the nerve to be upset with and want to punish Beatrice because his brother and cousins were idiots enrages me. Also, that he has the nerve to be upset that Beatrice would turn his brother down . . . Clearly she doesn't give a shit about his station. Spencer is just as daft as his brother. Regardless, I will continue the series. I want to see how long it will take Spencer to realize how much of a privileged fool he has been and how much of privileged idiots Nicholas and William were.

      Another fantastically, insatiable read! This is my favourite historical series to date. I didn't even realise I liked this genre until discovery of Em Brown, she's a whizz at writing and storytelling and I love the character's that she creates, I also enjoy her narration which suits this series perfectly!
