About this audiobook
The author of the New York Times best seller You Are the Placebo as well as Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and Evolve Your Brain draws on research conducted at his advanced workshops since 2012 to explore how common people are doing the uncommon to transform themselves and their lives. Becoming Supernatural marries the sum of the most profound scientific information with ancient wisdom to show how people like you and me can experience a more mystical life.
Listeners will learn that we are quite literally supernatural by nature if given the proper knowledge and instruction, and when we learn how to apply that information through various meditations we should experience a greater expression of our creative abilities; that we have the capacity to tune in to frequencies beyond our material world and receive more orderly, coherent streams of consciousness and energy; that we can intentionally change our brain chemistry to initiate profoundly mystical transcendental experiences; and how, if we do this enough times, we can develop the skill of creating a more efficient, balanced, healthy body, a more unlimited mind, and greater access to the realms of spiritual truth. Topics include:
- Demystifying the body’s seven energy centers and how you can balance them to heal
- How to free yourself from the past by reconditioning your body to a new mind
- How you can create reality in the generous present moment by changing your energy
- The difference between third-dimension creation and fifth-dimension creation
- The secret science of the pineal gland and its role in accessing mystical realms of reality
- The distinction between space-time vs. time-space realities
- And much more...

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This book is based on garbage science with extremely little peer-reviewed, scientific evidence to back up the claims. I really tried hard to appreciate this book as I do fully believe Eastern healing practices, such as deep meditation, are under appreciated in the Western scientific literature. But this book goes way too far, and the wild claims made in this book presented as scientific evidence are too much to overcome for me to buy in to the author’s ideas.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I’m sure the book is great but the Australian accent for me just throws me off. Just a personal opinion. I feel Dr. Joe should have read it himself. With this guy I just zone out. Just being honest.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/525% real behavioral modification strategies. 25% real science. 50% fictional pseudoscience that makes Marvel superhero science look real. This book really can help you, but the half that makes it interesting to read also completely discredits this guy as a quack .

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Majority of the course is so damn repitative. I skipped through half of it. Didn't miss out on anything important. Why waste 7 hours going around in circles. People have lives! Get to the point. Very repetitive on other people negative experiences. No one cares for that! No one wants to hear all that nonsense. This man is a thick idiot. Get to the point. Why repeats things. Moron

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book has many interesting concepts. But it repeats itself frequently and there is a lot of redundancy. The meditation techniques are few and described briefly. I would have preferred less repetition and examples and more meditation techniques. Some of those that are described come from yogic and Tibetan lineages.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5His understanding of the pineal gland and insight into meditation is impressive backed up with science and data. His understanding of physics as it relates to the universal field is lacking fielded by more conjecture than data and science; for a more physics based explanation backed up by scientific scrutiny, a better resource on the universal field and quantum physics would be Tom Campbell, physicist who worked with The Monroe Institute.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing!! I've been a student of Dr. Joe's teaching for almost a year and it appeals to me because he explains the science behind the action. For an over thinker like me, it supplies a smooth transition into a course of healing that might not otherwise be attainable. All you science based thinkers....give this a try!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am a regular meditator and a big fan of Joe Dispenza so I may be considered biased - but I believe this is by far THE most powerful, empowering book I have read on the subject. I have ordered the physical copy so I can refer to it repeatedly and create my own supernatural life.
It took me about 10 days of sporadic listening to finish this book and I would do the recommended meditation techniques so my body could remember them better. I'm not sure there is any connection - but so many of my most intense desires for my family and work have suddenly started materialising out of nowhere! ?
Whether this subject interests you or not, I would ask you to read and practice with an open mind. At the very least, we will be adding to the number of people purposefully choosing to live with love, peace, joy and a belief in unlimited abundance.2 people found this helpful

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love the author, Joe D, He’s awesome! The book is very instructional on how to meditate. As well as The Kundalini, what it is, and how to achieve it, and all of its glory. It even explains how to do a walking meditation. This is my 2nd time listening to this audio book, and definitely not my last!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book. Think there is something to this! I am a very logical and science based person so books like this are sometimes too out there for me as they don’t explain things in a way that can be:
Explained
Tracked
Repeated
This book gives great insight to scientist like myself and helps you understand HOW and WHY certain things are done. To me that made all the difference.
What I learned in this book is something I plan on trying to implement into my daily life and thought processes.1 person found this helpful
