- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A great psychology-centered book about having your fear known and knowing that courage is external and a response. We all should have a habit of courage. The Four Common Fear Routines is amazing!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I’m a recently divorced Dad of two teenagers. The “Crazy Time” range of emotions that I’ve been going through, have now bin pinpointed. I can focus on my feelings and pull them apart while they are happening. It’s like a “real-time” TV show that I can change as a go, and not feel like a pinball machine ball, watching that show that I don’t have any control over. Fear is an emotion that I now welcome. My Sleuth brain, can now make a game from my feelings, and the keys to finding a reason and solution to make them go away.
What a GIFT! Thank you Kate!1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5It was an interesting read. I enjoyed listening to the stories of the women with whom the author interacted and how they identified and overcame their fears but I can't really say that it held any transformational keys for me. Hence why it took me so long to finish it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Really great book, one of the best personal development books I’ve ever read. I want to get a hard copy to keep on hand and refer back to. The one thing that’s annoying is that it mentions a website over and over where you can get free worksheets. The website is still up, but the worksheets are not there. The end of the book mentions a fb page that’s been shut down now, so it’s sad that there’s no actual community or additional help

QUALITY QUESTIONS ⁉️❓? ? ? - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Meh , nothing earth shattering. A lot ideas repackaged and repeated
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I got some great tips from this book. I begin to pay more attention to my critic and started to define my courageous self.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Some good info but a lot of the same stuff from other books. Overall, worth a listen if you’re interested in this specific topic.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I enjoyed the learnings from this amazing book . I love the Redo principle
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5When I started this book, I was not sold. I've read so many self help books over the past year or so that just haven't resonated and at first, this felt like another "meditate and be kind to your mind", which is valuable, but not always useful. However, about midway through, using case examples and studies, the author stops pulling some punches and does well to call out when self help practices do and don't work, and why some may or may not work for you. She points out where your blind spots may be, and rather than countering negative thoughts and emotions, finding ways to reframe them. I especially liked her concluding points about how we are sold on a Hollywood-esque "good life" that has a happy ending, and not the ups and downs of normal life. Overall, if you stick with it, there's some valuable insight to be gained.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5It seems that everyone is a writer nowadays. The ethernal mumbo jumbo about motivation.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Wonderful little workbook. I have not practiced it yet which I will after this (hence one minus star) that's why I can't say if it will be effective for me HOWEVER I learnt a lot about myself and my behaviours about avoiding what I truly want to do in life. You should give it a try.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I thoroughly enjoyed this book very much and I loved the viewpoints of the author and the beauty of the writing. Well done!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I feel that listening to the audiobook version of this was a good idea, but now I still need to go into my actual book for a deep dive. There’s a lot of good work to do here, and you can’t just do it in one sitting. Recommended for anyone looking for a change in their life but aren’t sure where to start due to fear holding them back.
