      i love it when llv connects all of her series together. this book is about baylor and lark, whom both played a small part of the previous book. what i love of that we finally get a story involves one of the birds saved by freebirds. lark is running from her ex husband who was physically abusive to her. baylor doesn't like to be touched and has been injured from a car accident. they first meet when he tows her car with all her belongings in the back. this book contains triggers of abuse, and ptsd. i love baylor and lark. they really tried to avoid each other but it really didn't work. they're so cute. baylor is of course, the alpha and i love that despite his injury, it doesn't stop him from getting stuff done. lark is extremely smart who just had bad luck with her ex. she does what she needs to to make sure she survives on her own and out of her ex husband path. really good book.

      Received an ARC at no cost to author..Thanks Lani for Baylor's book! This was the fourth installment to the Hail Raisers and what an installment it was. You can't help but feel sorry for Lark, poor woman has gone thru enough, so when she meet Baylor she breaks down it was just one more horrible thing to happen to her. Thank God for Baylor, who even though he has his own issues he was patient with her. When these two finally agreed to something between them it was combustible. I can't tell you more though, hopefully I just wet your appetite enough to grab a copy..do it..and Enjoy!
