Especailly when she stated, you need a relationship with God or a higher power. This book has helped me to stop and check on me and not worry about everyone else. No more.. I am made whole.2 people found this helpful
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It’s a good book, she does go a little over the top about God I felt though, which is ok & a part of a lot of peoples healing journey but for others it isn’t & I feel like it limits her audience somewhat. If it wasn’t for that I’d of given it a 5*

I’m recently going through a breakup and this is exactly what I needed to find to help me identify my own trauma and toxic traits as well as just help me get to day one of my personal healing instead of saying “someday”.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Parfait comme livre!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book made me feel like home. Struggling with a constant feeling of being "crazy"...now I know...
