    I'm.blessed to have been introduced to Bulletproof diet years back. It reversed my thyroid and I've never looked back. Dave podcasts have been a game Changer for me and when the book came out with that name, I had to read it and am I blown away with the content - INDEED!!!! It's a must read for anyone even remotely keen to create a masterpiece of a life with optimal health, blissful relationships and a fantastic state of mind!!! MUST READ ?

    Fantastic insights into habits and practices which enable the top performers to be on their game. The book covers a wide variety of subjects including nutrition, medication and medical studies to support some of the concepts raised. Enjoyed it a great deal and in my opinion will be life changing when one adopts some of the many great recommendations offered in the book. Although I naturally strive to perform at my optimum by constantly learning, this provided insights which were on a completely different scale and I hope I’ll be to learn and apply the techniques and suggestions to further improve myself so I can have better relationships and hopefully help others to achieve their potential whilst experiencing happiness and great satisfaction along the way.

    The first couple of chapters are incredibly insightful, but then the author and book go down hill from there for me. Just terrible. Would not recommend this book.
