      A good book to understand the disorder for patients and families gives help to those who are suffering from bipolar disorder meanwhile it also helps to necessary pieces of information for the same. The info in this manual is actually amazing. In the beginning, I was questioning where it was going, but after tuning in to it for some time, I got into it. Then I saw this specific book for what it really was: A great endeavor by an educated writer and expert narrator.
