    The idea that struck me the most is to fundamentally believe that you are of value to the customer when you're trying to provide your product/service to them - and that you shouldn't let a customer slip so easily because they have not yet understood the value of what you're trying to give to them. Also, other points in the book, such as talking to your top customers for positive feedback that you can use to your advantage professionally and personally were very valuable too! Thank you, Alex!
