- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is a quick reminder book. Good for in commute situations which you can have as a pick-me-up, but nothing said provided a different perspective. There’s so much this book could’ve extended beyond. I would recommend this for a teenager battling different emotions or someone with no understanding of different moods and emotional intelligence.
