During 1983-1988’s, he studied at the Faculty of Philosophy at Rostov State University (Russia Federative Republic). After graduation he worked at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
During 1991-1992’s, he was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper of “Olaylar” (“Events”).
In 1993, he filled the post of Adviser to the President of Azerbaijan Republic.
At present, he is the editor-in-chief both the newspaper of “Olaylar” and Information Agency of “Olaylar”.
He is the author of scientific works of “The Principles of the Political Managing”, “Secret History Of Turks”, the book of “Qarabagh; Zone Without Control”, the play of “Attila”, the historical novels of “Nadir shah” and “Tahmasb shah”.
In 2009, the novel of “Nadir shah” was awarded to the medal of “Golden word” by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic.view less
