I sold an article to Woman’s Magazine in Toronto, called Breast Cancer. I sold a story called, Donkey Man to Gowanus Books and was nominated as notable online short stories of 2003 in the Story South Million writers award for fiction. I’ve also received awards for my poems. I’ve written songs. I’ve always wanted to be an actor. Writing is pleasurable, though some think it’s boring. You can feel your characters and make them do what you want them to do. Take them where you want them to go. Make them say what you want them to say. Then after you go through all that, you can leave your room with a smile on your face.view less
