Her first studies were in art and she has many awards such as: Best in show, Best in graphics, Best in mixed media, etc. She was art director for and Advertising Co. in Williamsburg, Va. and worked as an illustrator in the audio/visual Dept. at a college. in Va., Her interests soon turned to writing and she became the Entertainment Reporter for a local newspaper in Yorktown, Va. and was "stand-in" reporter for an Art Column in the Newport News Va. daily newspaper.but journalism was not what she was looking for, so here is her first publication.view less
