Her volunteer work has included time to the rehabilitation of wounded and homeless veterans, environmental awareness, health-related fundraising, and endangered species protection –particularly big cats, and others. She enjoys playing the piano and listening to music, beachcombing, celebrations of all sorts, cooking as therapy and art, gardening, traveling, and sports. She resides in Reston, Virginia with her husband and has been spotted enjoying lectures and other amenities of the locale.view less
