She graduated from medical school with awards in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Clinical Pharmacology. She was also the recipient for the quarterly award for compassion when she worked at a large multi-specialty medical group.
To support of her wellbeing, she enjoys running, yoga and resistance training and has participated in several half marathons and also completed the 2008 Chicago Marathon.
