Paul was born in England and moved to Canada at an early age. He graduated from Simon Fraser University and spent over 30 years working in the field of Education. He has travelled extensively throughout the World, has 3 children, and 2 Grandchildren. His Grandchildren Damen and Kirstyn are the main characters in his books.
