She believes that everyone is interested in their own birthdays, especially young children. She believes that family rituals can be a great source of fostering cultural traditions and family values.
Ms Ainsworth Martin was born in Guyana and she currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. She is the mother of Shari, Nicole and Vanessa Marie Martin.
