Inspired by the fantastical setting of South Lake Tahoe where she was born, she started seriously writing in 2007, when she enrolled in a course through the Institute of Children’s Literature. She has since been published in several eZines, and some of her stories have been published in small-press anthologies. She has also completed several contracted jobs through oDesk. She is now currently enrolled in the Advanced Novel Course for Writing for Children and Teenagers through the Institute of Children’s Literature, and is still writing and submitting stories.view less
