I grew up hearing people call me by the name Obinna literally ...view moreYou are here probably because you want to know who I am but I am sorry I cannot tell you much because I actually do not know who I am. I grew up hearing people call me by the name Obinna literally meaning ‘Father’s Heart.’ After my Consecration to The Immaculate Heart of MARY, I took the name ObiMaria meaning ‘MARY’S HEART’ or rather to be more precise ‘IMMACULATE HEART.’ Hold it there! This by no means makes me Immaculate but by grace through MARY, with MARY and in MARY, I shall one day become Immaculate for all eternity.
My birth record says that I am a Nigerian yet history says that my tribe, the Igbo race migrated from the tribe of Schechenigbo, the lost descendants of Judah! My profile says that I studied Mechanical/Production Engineering but it hardly occurs to me that I went through the four walls of a university. Nothing exterior in this life excites me except music and writing and nothing interior excites me except to serve GOD. Merging both sides, I have realized that I have an unfathomable love to serve GOD with music and writing and this is all I can tell you about me. I never attended any formal music school after several futile attempts, yet when I resigned to my interior, I was guided through the stages of musicianship from singing/performance to recording/producing without the slightest formal training.
You may choose to believe my story or not and this is exactly why I clearly said from the onset that I do not know who I am! You may conclude therefore that I am a mystic but I vehemently retort at that because I am not in any way a different human being than you. I think I am only a maggot in a stench who earnestly seeks to love and to serve GOD with all the talents HE Gave to me and I honestly believe that anyone who seeks to despise this world and use his GOD-Given talents to serve GOD, shall one day have great and even greater stories to tell than mine!view less
