His need to tell a compelling story of adventure and heroics is only matched by his need to satisfy his audience's thirst for what happens when the lights go out in the dungeon.
All through childhood and teenage years his generation was grown on fantasy art of barely clothed, musclebound heroes, and their fierce, sweaty adventures of meeting deadly menaces over crossed blades and spilled blood... only to never dare to go where they all wanted them to go. Brandon sets to right that wrong. He writes proper adventures of sword and sorcery, without leaving dark desires unfulfilled.
On his home town streets he is often mistaken for a foreigner, being dark and unconcerned with the mundane. You can always trust him to carry a notebook to record fantasies with and a twenty-sided die to settle the fates.
