She is a licensed psychotherapist in the state of California. Her personal journey of healing from post-traumatic stress disorder has given her conviction in the power of attitude, determination and most importantly a holistic approach. She understands the value of a healthy mind because she knows what it is like to have an unhealthy mind. At this point, she has a good sense of what works, what doesn’t and why.
