He has worked as part of FTSE100 companies’ management teams for over a decade and in sales for twenty-five years. Working at a major UK Telecoms and IT company, Nevil designed, launched, and lead a new sales coaching programme for over four hundred colleagues from general manager to frontline salespeople in the programme. Nevil is an avid LinkedIn user, being a member of LinkedIn for the last seven years. He was in the top 1 percent of searched profiles in 2012. He is a major advocate of LinkedIn in business.
Nevil is a founding director of New Results Training Ltd, a company delivering training in sales and management development as well as coaching individuals and helping organisations with their business strategy.
In Nevil’s experience, sales has always been seen as the poor relative in business terms than, say, marketing. One of his goals in life is to raise the professional standards of selling (both online and face-to-face) and get a message out to the business community that sales is a great, professional, and rewarding career to be in.
