She lives with her second husband (a research scientist), two lurchers and three cats in Cobh, on Coold Harbour in Ireland. Until 1984 she worked in micro-electronics research. Gill has written four books The Archivist, The Land Beyond, The Memory Palace and ‘Lilith’s Castle’.view less
