She is currently working on issues related to funding for watershed and fish habitat restoration.Chris Frissell, Ph.D., is an aquatic ecologist and a consultant with the Pacific Rivers Council, Inc. Dr. Frissell's research interest is the study of fish meta-populations and their habitats. He has also led scientific workshops on new strategies for watershed restoration.James Karr, Ph.D., is Director of the Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Washington.
