He has an high school education in chemistry-pharmacology, from the SOU-Pharmaceutical Hlohovec, Slovakia. Ever since young age, Oto has involved himself in the activities such as football, athletics, martial arts - Wing Tsun Kung Fu and Kickboxing, Cross country mountain bike racing, climbing and more.
He is the Co-Founder of Go2Max Lifestyle. He is a certified Nutrition Consultant, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. He has lead numerous seminars in nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise. He has trained many clients at a one on one basis. He drives and motivates others to gain better health and lifestyle. He has worked in many leading sports clubs in Dublin, Ireland and is part of a running group fitness sessions, seminars, and workshops on healthy living. He has been training since he was young and likes helping people because he believes contribution, sharing and education, so people can live a healthier and happier lives.
Before he starts working with his clients he first consults with them and assesses the lifestyle they are living. He determines what kind of changes they require and helps them with creating a routine. Many people who have worked with him agree that he is an inspiration because of his go all the way attitude and work ethic.
