She holds a master’s degree in the art of transforming spirituality from Seattle University’s School of Theology and Ministry, has ten years’ experience as a spiritual director, and continues a 20-plus-year practice in transcendental meditation. Her love for ballet stems from close following of the Pacific Northwest Ballet when it was under the direction of Kent Stowell and Francia Russell.
