He is a Certified Elite Trainer by the International Sport Sciences Association, a Certified Master Trainer By the National Federation of Professional Trainers and a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. In 2014 he won "Personal Trainer of the Year" for Parker Colorado.
In 2014 he launched a unique podcast "These Weights Won't Lift Themselves" which can be found at http://mfactorfitness.podbean.com and has built a steady worldwide following.
In 2015 he launched www.MyWorkoutPro, an online personal training membership site that uses the same exercise and nutrition techniques he uses with his clients.
His first book, "Shoulder Pain: An Easy Way To Fix Your Aching Shoulder" is still one of the "Top Rated" books two years after publication. He is recognized as one of the new breed of personal trainers that want to help clients fix their own health issues through exercise, stretching and self-physical therapy.view less
