But her observation that many bright students were not succeeding left her searching for answers. When she learned about life coaching, she decided to get training.
Her specialty is in executive functioning. She works with people who want to improve their productivity and become better decision makers. Irene particularly likes partnering with Millennials, who face a myriad of important choices that will affect their finances, relationships, success and long-term happiness.
Irene helps clients clarify their wants, step out of their comfort zones and take charge of their lives. Unlike those who live by the trial and error method, her clients create their own life vision and implement it step by step. They are open-minded, eager for change, and willing to do what it takes to be their best selves.
Besides individual and group coaching, Irene presents workshops on the topics of productivity and happiness. She attributes her public speaking ability to Toastmasters, an international non-profit that facilitates leadership and communication skills. Irene is also a member of the Lions Club and is on its planning committee for the area’s annual Women’s Expo. She is a proud member of the New York City chapter of the International Coach Federation. In her free time, Irene enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling.
What matters most to Irene is family. She and her husband, Tom, live in Floral Park, New York. Irene enjoys keeping in touch with her two grown sons and granddaughter, who always have interesting things to share. To Irene, it’s a pleasure watching those she loves, taking their unique paths on life’s journey.view less
