Hello all, My name is Nadejda Sapundjieva, used to sign as Nadine.
As a Certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Management Consultant, I want to shorten other people’s journey to a healthier and low-stressed life.
My personal experience and struggles lead me to where I am now and what is most important for me is to continue my education going deeper into the therapeutic aspect of good nutrition.
My drive to learn, educate and grow has always been my strongest values.
I worked for the corporate world for 10 years before I totally fed up. Long working hours, stress, poor diet and bad sleep got me out of the league. My health was seriously affected and I had to constantly live with lots of prescription medications.
Worried about what future might offer to me, one day I threw all the pills away and started doing my own research.
I had to take responsibility of my health and well being.
Once the change was started, I passionately dived myself into the depths of balanced eating and health promoting nutrition and soon experienced the healing powers of super foods.
Presently I am studying for Nutritional Therapist to enlarge what I already know about Nutrition and Healthy Weight Management, and focus more closely on the various aspects of nutritional therapy and customer’s individual integrity.
I shall strive to perfect and expand my knowledge for the better to contribute to the health of the public.view less
