He has served in ministry as a pastor, church planter, director of a church planting center and leadership coach and has taught in adjunct roles at Lee University, Reformed Seminary, Fuller Seminary and Bethel Seminary.
Allen has a passion for championing emerging leaders and young men who seek a passionate relationship with Jesus. He has designed and led mentoring groups for young men across the country and is certified in numerous life coaching and organizational leadership processes.
