Fairfax has learned from horses through horseshoeing, carriage driving, wrangling, endurance riding, hunting, cutting, reining, jumping, roping and trail riding in New York, France, Texas, Vermont, California and North Carolina. Fairfax currently raises Quarter horses in Garrard County, Kentucky.
