She is a living example of what a God-fearing, loving, and philanthropic woman really is. Her Christian qualities are exemplified in her daily interactions with her brothers and sisters in Christ, as well as with anyone with whom she comes in contact.
Apart from being a true Christian, Vilma is one of the most industrious, dedicated, and prolific teachers with whom I have had the privilege to work. She has given unselfishly of her time, expertise and resources over the past nineteen years, in an effort to educate the thousands of students who have been entrusted to her care. Her qualifications as an educator include a Master of Science degree in Education (Msc. Ed.); a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in History (Major) and Political Science (Minor); and a Diploma in Primary Education (Dip. Ed.).
