This oc...view moreTaylor Nyjon Dean is my pen name. I am from Arkansas and I came from a large family. I am the mother of four and I have grandchildren and a great grandchild. Also, I am a preschool teacher. This occupation is what sparked my interest in children’s books. This is my first book too. I think about Big Mama, my grandmother, often as I walk about with my shoes making a scrub, scrub sound on the floor. It truly makes me think of the sound of her footsteps. Therefore, I wanted to write something to show my appreciation of the memories that I have about my Big Mama.view less
