Vinay is a former Fortune-500 executive with an MBA from UTS Sydney and an engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur. He spent his early years in the same place where Lord Buddha achieved his enlightenment; and his formative years at IIT Kharagpur, which has been credited to have shaped many great minds, such as Sundar Pichai of Google fame.
Vinay switched from managing IT projects to managing life projects. Vinay is on a mission to touch, move and inspire numerous lives to get them out of rat-race to discover their diamonds. Vinay is passionate about making a difference in the world, and this book is one such initiative, among many others.
Vinay is a life coach par excellence. His coaching style is out of the syllabus. He is not one of the typical life coaches churned out by many of the life coaching colleges, but one that is coached by the world’s greatest coach, Mother Nature.
Vinay has been running the Amplify program for Transport for NSW (TfNSW) for over three years. Under the Amplify program, Vinay leads themed workshops on work-life balance, goal setting, creativity, communication, team building, motivation, and so forth.
Vinay is an inspirational speaker and a corporate workshop leader. Clients engage him to add that extra to take their life from ordinary to extra-ordinary. Being an engineer, Vinay is always able to engineer a solution, no matter what the challenge is. His background in Aeronautical Engineering keeps him flying high, and his training in Civil Engineering helps build a solid foundation for his clients.
