      A Patchwork of Comfortsby Carol Wiseman While I was reading this book I kept thinking how wonderful and thoughtful a gift this would make. It would be the closest thing to handing someone a box of comfort. A loving present just waiting there for those times when you just don't feel so good, and you ate your last chocolate a week ago. I found this wonderful messenger of kindness to be exactly as the title suggests, a patchwork of comforts. Carol has found the perfect and most creative ways of weaving little spiritual pieces of trivia, recipes, life snippets, and fun illustrations into a total must have, must give book of comfort and inspiration. I just loved the part where she talks about the calm in a kitty purring, it just brought me to all the times I have felt that kind of contentment and security. I would recommend this as a special gift to yourself or to anyone who you think may like that little pick me up every now and then. Love & Light,Riki Frahmann
