      A tremendously grounded, useful little book full of recipes and recommendations. Not useful to anyone who isn't already inclined to the idea of spiritual causes and effects, but valuable to those who are. (The chapter on finding a spiritual practitioner should be mandatory reading for everyone.)

      Spiritual CleansingA Handbook of Psychic Protectionby Draja MickaharicThis 119 page life saver has been a constant companion of mine for over 20 years and I am so pleased to see it reprinted again so that others can be guided and helped as much as I was. This exceptional book carries a lot of wisdom that can prove very useful along your spiritual journey. It helped me to clear unwanted energies, know which incense to use and even how to stay psychically protected in my sleep and also from psychic vampires. My favorite section is in the back and helps people to find the right spiritual practitioner for them. I would recommend this great teacher to anyone especially the energetically sensitive.
